Schedule - Shift - Hours Full Time - Days
The Strategy Analyst provides support to organizational strategic systems, strategic initiatives, and projects with a focus on evaluation, design, and optimization. Serves as a technical expert in the strategic planning process. Contributes to service line development; develops, creates, organizes, and presents data-informed analytics. Serves as an interdepartmental liaison to maximize operational and strategic outcomes and ensure effective strategic resource utilization.
Work Experience:
Three years of related work experience in data analysis, information systems, business intelligence, or a related analytical role. Preferred experience in healthcare, service line planning, or business strategy.
License/Registration/Certification:
None.
Education and Training:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
Skills:
Broad technical skills with an understanding of analytics platforms and visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
Data management experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent business and system analysis skills. Ability to translate user requirements into applicable systems and processes that exceed end-user expectations.
Analytical mindset with a strategic orientation—capable of interpreting complex data, recognizing trends, and developing actionable insights that support decision-making and performance improvement.
Effective project management capabilities, including experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms; ability to manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and drive implementation efforts across departments.
Proficient in documentation, systems design, and creative problem-solving.
Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and effective in handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work consultatively across departments and with individuals of varying technical expertise.
Skilled knowledge of generating process documentation and working independently or in a team setting.
Must be able to work independently to strategize, create, or implement concepts or ideas, as well as within a team environment.
Ability to work well with others and with all levels of management, internal staff, clients, and vendors.
