Delivery Sales Consultant

As a Delivery Sales Consultant, you will support the sales team in multiple aspects of the business. Including, but not limited to executing Delivery order sales through Caterease, Caterzen and EZ Cater, assist and support with Vehicle Routing and Driver Route Assignments, ensure event paperwork is being distributed to multiple departments in a timely and efficient manner, troubleshoot and solve guest issues and opportunities in partnership with the Delivery Operations team and most importantly ensure we are providing a consistently Remarkable guest experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Accountable for contracting, invoicing and finalizing payment for delivery events through Caterease and Caterzen efficiently and effectively to meet both Jack Stack and Storia standards of service, pricing, and execution.
Handle and input accurately all EZ Cater orders as they come in
Accountable for ensuring that all equipment, linen, food, any other necessary items are contracted and charged correctly.
Accountable for handling customer inquiries both by telephone and email and responding and coordinating in a timely manner
Accountable for utilizing systems and software to input and manage customer information, book events and create follow-up tasks related to the business.
Maintain organized and systematic processes for all delivery related job responsibilities
Accountable for fostering and maintaining guest, event space and venue relationships
Accountable for communicating and ensuring accuracy for all Prep Sheets, Pull Sheets and Event Instructions and Details.
Support with maintaining updates to EZ Cater, Jack Stack BBQ and Storia Delivery sites when updates arise
Regularly test our online ordering sites to ensure menu’s are up to date and customer experience is seamless
Partner closely with Director of Sales to ensure all delivery SOP’s are current and being followed by the Sales Team
Accountable for Guest Satisfaction and Overall Experience
Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed and necessary

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1+ years of Catering Sales and Leadership experience is required.
Must be able to pass background check as determined by Jack Stack standards of employment
Ability to multi-task and quickly made decisions based on new or additional information
Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations in reference to profit and loss and event ROI
Possess basic accounting and computer skills.
Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls.
Ability to be self-motivated and take initiative.
Possess good communication skills to deal with customers.
Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.
Ability to determine, analyze and resolve problems exercising good judgment.
Ability to maintain a neat and clean appearance and convey self-confidence
Ability to be a positive influence on the team as a member of Delivery Sales
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to stand or walk constantly, 100% of shift
Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, lift, push and pull materials throughout shift
