Own and grow a defined territory in Southeast Minnesota Develop new customer relationships (80%) and support existing clients (20%) Conduct on-site client meetings, providing technical consultation and engineered solutions Apply your knowledge in water systems, fluid processes, automation, and chemistry Travel extensively within your region (expect 3+ hours of driving daily) Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure client success Consistently meet or exceed sales goals What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Engineering ( Mechanical or Environmental preferred ) 3+ years of B2B sales experience

in industrial or commercial markets Proven success in selling industrial systems, water treatment, or manufacturing solutions Solid foundation in

mechanical systems, chemistry, automation, and system design Self-motivated, professional, and team-oriented with a strong customer focus Strong track record of customer retention, revenue generation, and technical sales Must live within
