Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat channels.
Assist customers with inquiries related to banking products and services.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and inquiries accurately in the CRM system.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service targets and improve processes.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on banking products and services.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancements.
Qualifications
Fluency in Dutch is required, along with strong English communication skills.
Proven customer service experience, preferably within the banking or financial sector.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
Capability to adapt to a multicultural environment and work under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer management tools.
Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with a full relocation package offered.
