Deliver high-quality customer service to Lithuanian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Address inquiries and deliver effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Establish strong relationships with clients through friendly and professional communication.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions to support service enhancements.
Collaborate with your team to achieve performance goals and improve overall customer experience.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to deepen your knowledge of our products and services.
Qualifications
Fluency in Lithuanian (both written and spoken) is essential.
A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Prior experience in customer service is an advantage but not necessary.
Exceptional communication skills with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
Excitement about relocating and living in Athens, Greece.
