About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Capital Markets to spearhead the development and execution of a robust funding strategy and to manage institutional capital relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the capital markets strategy, including sourcing, structuring, and managing various funding agreements and facilities. A hands-on operator with a strong background in structured finance and consumer credit, the VP will also be tasked with building scalable capital infrastructure to support the expanding loan portfolio.
Key responsibilities for the VP of Capital Markets at the company include leading the end-to-end process of new funding agreements, evaluating and implementing innovative funding structures, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align the financing strategy with growth objectives. The role demands exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills, particularly with institutional investors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in closing and managing forward flow agreements, warehouse facilities, and securitizations, and will be adept at financial modeling and analytics.
