Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and optimize a high-performance affiliate department across multiple international markets
• Identify and onboard top-tier partners, affiliates, and webmasters
• Drive aggressive growth through data-driven strategies and partnership development
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to optimize campaign performance
• Deliver on KPIs and continuously scale revenue outcomes

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of proven success in iGaming affiliate management
• A track record of delivering results — your team should be driving at least $1M+ in monthly deposit volume
• A strategic leader with the vision and execution skills to hire, mentor, and scale an affiliate team fast
• Deep understanding of Revshare, Hybrid, CPA, and performance metrics
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and partnership-building skills
