About the role
As Head of Strategic Partnerships & GTM, you’ll own everything from partnership origination to national rollout execution. Your mission: build a distribution network of wealth managers, RIAs, banks and accountants to reach 6M SMB owners.

We’re building a founding team of seven (five engineers, two business-side). This role is our second business-side hire, will work closely with our CEO and is a core member of the team.
What you’ll do
- Prioritize and close enterprise partnerships with wealth management firms, RIAs, banks and accountants. Two new partnerships within the first year.
- Partner with product to ensure platform evolution matches partner needs and feedback.
- Lead large-scale rollouts, onboarding, and advisor enablement programs.
- Represent Brillian at industry conferences and client councils.
Qualifications
- Deep senior relationships in wealth management, banking, and/or accounting.
- Proven partnership hunter/closer with multi-year deal experience.
- Experience with post-sales onboarding and rollout execution.
- Strategic and operational capability. Can sit with a bank president one day, lead onboarding a new partner the next, and jump into product with the team the following.
- Credibility with advisors and bankers; strong financial services + strategy/tech blend.
- Builder DNA — thrives in ambiguity, strategic yet operational. Hustle.
In addition to a salary range of $175k – $200k for this position, we provide equity grants as well as a competitive benefits package (health insurance, dental insurance, vision coverage, home office setup, unlimited paid leave, 401k starting in 2026, and more).
This is a role initially based in New York, NY with the possibility of becoming a remote role. We are not able to provide relocation reimbursement or provide visa sponsorship at this time.
The pay range for this role is:
175,000 - 200,000 USD per year (New York, New York)
