Where Is The Work
On-Site (5 days).
Job Summary As a Client Service Representative, you will deliver positive client service experiences and sales solutions to our clients while meeting financial and business goals and objectives. You will provide client support and ensure client satisfaction goals are achieved, supervise account management activities on assigned service accounts, oversee client contract renewal, expansion, and improving client satisfaction while ensuring contractual obligations are achieved. You will identify opportunities for growth and sales in the assigned client portfolio by making sales, obtaining orders or contracts for services, collaborate with cross‑functional teams including billing and sales, and work with the account team(s) to develop innovative solutions that provide a profitable, measurable, and repeatable value. This position includes client support and sales activities at the client’s facilities.
What You Will Do
Responsible for client satisfaction, retention, and growth for assigned portfolio.
Drive the account management process for assigned portfolio, which includes development of client account profiles, account strategies, service delivery plan, and scheduled client visits. Respond within 24‑hours to all client inquiries and concerns.
Identify and communicate issues, business goals, and objectives to the account team(s) and leadership on all assigned accounts.
Responsible for T & M and Quoted Job pull‑through opportunities, collaborating with the account manager on the proposals and delivering timely proposals to the client to meet their needs.
Responsible for collaboration and follow‑up on sales leads and quick quotes generated by the service technician team.
Responsible for facilitation of the Service Linkage program.
Attend sales and client support development trainings.
Attend sales meetings.
Other Responsibilities
Prioritize workload and client requests to ensure a positive client experience.
Establish and maintain effective internal working relationships with co‑workers, supervisors and external clients.
Communicate and liaise verbally, in writing, and in person with external and internal stakeholders, providing accurate information in a timely manner.
Maintain consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures.
Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role. Attend training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.
Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment.
Other responsibilities as required.
What You Will Bring
A desire to understand our business and passion to connect current and potential clients with service offerings designed to create efficient and sustainable buildings.
Bachelor’s Degree or 1 to 3 years of experience in a service or client service capacity.
Knowledge of HVAC Systems is a plus.
Must be able to handle high‑stress situations.
Must be able to communicate effectively in person, by phone and through written communication.
Must be proficient with use of the telephone and voicemail, the computer, and other office equipment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Available for local travel.
Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations, including but not limited to:
DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
Compensation: Base Pay Range: $60,000-80,000 Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, and geographic location where the work is performed. This role has been designated by the Company as safety sensitive.
