In this role you will provide client support, ensure client satisfaction goals are achieved, and identify sales opportunities within the assigned client portfolio. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and develop innovative solutions to deliver measurable value. What You Will Do
Drive account management process for assigned portfolio, including client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Respond within 24 hours to all client inquiries and concerns. Communicate business goals and objectives to account team and leadership. Advise on T&M and quoted job opportunities, collaborate with account managers on proposals. Coordinate sales leads and quick quotes from service technicians. Facilitate the Service Linkage program. Attend sales and client support development trainings and meetings. Other Responsibilities
Prioritize workload and client requests for positive client experiences. Maintain effective internal working relationships with co‑workers, supervisors, and external clients. Communicate verbally, in writing, and in person with stakeholders. Adhere to health & safety policies and equipment care requirements. Participate in ongoing personal development and training. What You Will Bring
Desire to understand the business and connect clients with sustainable building solutions. Bachelor’s Degree or 1 to 3 years of experience in client or service capacity. Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus. Ability to handle high‑stress situations and communicate effectively across channels. Proficiency with telephone, voicemail, computer and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Available for local travel and possess a valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months with clean record. Willingness to work extended hours when required. Compensation
Base Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, plus commission / incentive plan. Base pay is based on US national averages and could vary by seniority, merit, and location. Equal Employment Opportunity
