Customer Service Representative
Company: Well-established packaging company Location: Hauppauge, NY Salary: $50-85K/yr commensurate with experience + benefits Status: Full-Time and Permanent Employment
On-site Objective
To develop customer relationships to increase customer loyalty; interact with customers in an efficient and professional manner; ensure legendary customer experience with every contact. Essential Functions
Monitors incoming and ongoing jobs from start to finish, meeting quality standards and deadlines Perform daily email correspondence Notify customer of ship dates, production delays, art work and spec status Monitor and track production standards Provide direction to Shipping for day-to-day operations and special circumstances Trace shipments on request, damaged freight, lost in transit, sent to wrong location and chargebacks Handle exceptions to assist Accounting Oversee and coordinate shipments for freight that needs to be returned to company Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution; expediting corrections; following up Other duties as assigned Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 Per Year All compensation and pay rates are dependent upon skills and experience.
