We are seeking a professional, highly motivated, and outgoing Customer Service Representative to act as a primary point of contact for our diverse client base. This role requires more than just answering phones; you must be an independent worker who can understand the unique nuances of each client and provide tailored solutions.

Salary: $27 - $31 per hour Shift: First Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM Education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
Client Management:
Act as the primary liaison for a variety of accounts, understanding that "one size does not fit all" — you will determine the best approach for each individual company’s needs.
Communication:
Manage high-volume inbound and outbound correspondence via email and phone with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Order & Logistics Coordination:
Accurately process orders and coordinate with the shipping department to track deliveries and resolve any logistics hurdles.
Inter-departmental Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, Production, and Shipping to ensure customer expectations are met and production timelines are clear.
Data Integrity:
Maintain precise customer records and utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for daily administrative tasks.
