Randstad is looking for a motivated Client Development Manager to join our Finance and Accounting team. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE or DEGREE
Salary:
$61,000 - $80,000 per year

8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Grow Business:
Reach out to new prospects and nurture existing client relationships through creative outreach and face‑to‑face meetings.
Make the Match:
Source, interview, and coach top‑tier talent to fill critical gaps for your clients (with the assistance of the recruiter).
Drive Results:
Negotiate deals and solve workforce challenges to hit financial goals and keep customers happy.
Build Partnerships:
Connect with new and existing finance and accounting clients to uncover their staffing needs.
