A community-anchored primary care clinic along the California coast is recruiting a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to combine hands-on clinical care with Medical Director leadership. You'll spend most of your time caring for patients, with protected administrative time to support quality initiatives, team development, and clinic operationswithout heavy management burden.
