A community-anchored primary care clinic along the California coast is recruiting a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to combine hands-on clinical care with Medical Director leadership.

You?ll spend most of your time caring for patients, with protected administrative time to support quality initiatives, team development, and clinic operations-without heavy management burden.

Opportunity Highlights:

• $125-$150 per hour ($312,000 annualized at 40 hours/week).
• 2-3 day work week with a flexible, part-time schedule.
• Eligible for part-time benefits, including health coverage, PTO, CME, 403(b), and relocation support.
• Full-scope primary care with dedicated leadership and administrative time.
• Light Medical Director responsibilities with strong operational support.
