Responsibilities
Provide executive leadership across operations, finance, revenue cycle, and human resources departments, overseeing the overall performance and strategic direction.
Collaborate closely with the Board of Directors to develop and implement long-term organizational goals.
Drive operational excellence by streamlining workflows, optimizing resource allocation, and managing change effectively amidst rapid expansion.
Lead the integration of acquisitions, including new facilities in Manhattan and orthopedic practices, ensuring seamless transitions and sustained growth.
Manage and motivate senior leaders such as the Directors of Operations, Revenue Cycle, Finance, and HR, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Oversee the phased rollout of WorkDay, ensuring successful implementation and adoption across the organization.
Act as a change manager, adept at navigating change fatigue and maintaining team morale during periods of transformation.
Cultivate a visionary approach to facility growth, clinical excellence, and operational scalability, positioning the organization for sustainable success.
Requirements
Proven track record in executive healthcare leadership, preferably within multi-specialty outpatient or ambulatory care settings.
Strong strategic thinking with exceptional change management skills, capable of leading organizations through complex transformations.
Ability to operate cross-functionally, with a broad understanding of operations, finance, revenue cycle, and HR.
Demonstrated experience in managing multi-site healthcare facilities and leading team integrations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to foster collaboration among diverse teams.
Resilience and agility to adapt quickly to evolving organizational needs and industry shifts.
Ability to serve as a change agent and positively influence organizational culture during periods of growth.
Nice to Have Skills
Experience implementing enterprise-wide systems such as WorkDay or similar ERP platforms.
Background in healthcare acquisitions, integrations, and scaling operations.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance, billing, and coding practices in multi-specialty healthcare environments.
Familiarity with organizational change management and patient-centered care initiatives.
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
At least 10 years of senior leadership experience in healthcare management.
Prior experience overseeing multi-site operations and leading large, diverse teams.

Willingness to travel as needed to oversee multiple facilities and initiatives.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
