Director of Client Development – San Francisco Bay Area

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Director of Client Development located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Director will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client development initiatives, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, and building strong relationships with key accounts. Additional responsibilities include leading sales strategies, managing account portfolios, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional customer service and strategic support.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Client Development strategies
  • Strong abilities in Market Research and identifying growth opportunities
  • Experience in Account Management and successfully nurturing client relationships
  • Proven sales experience, with expertise in creating and executing sales strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively
  • Familiarity with the jewelry or luxury industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
