Overview

Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) seeks a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead and support our clinical team in Columbia, MD. We are looking for a compassionate clinical leader who values ethical, high-quality ABA and enjoys developing teams, strengthening systems, and supporting outstanding clinical care. Our mission is to help children with autism build independence, confidence, and meaningful life skills while supporting families every step of the way.

Position: Clinical Director (BCBA) — Columbia, MD

Compensation & Support

• Base salary: $115,000–$130,000 per year
• Performance-based bonus potential
• CEU and clinical development support

Qualifications

• Eligible for Maryland licensure — required
• Minimum 4+ years of BCBA experience preferred
• Leadership, supervisory, or program-level experience strongly preferred
• Passion for ethical, family-centered ABA
