Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead and support our clinical team in Columbia, MD.
Our mission is to help children with autism build independence, confidence, and meaningful life skills — while supporting families every step of the way.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for BCBA and RBT teams
- Ensure quality, fidelity, and best-practice ABA service delivery
- Mentor and develop clinical staff through coaching and supervision
- Support ethical caseload management
- Partner with families and caregivers through collaborative planning
- Monitor treatment outcomes and ensure accurate documentation
- Maintain payer and regulatory compliance
- Contribute to strategic planning and program development
- Promote a positive, professional, mission-centered culture
Requirements
Required
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Eligible for Maryland Behavior Analyst licensure
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to ethical, family-centered ABA practice
Preferred
- 4+ years of BCBA experience
- Prior leadership, supervisory, or program oversight experience
- Experience mentoring and developing clinical teams
