Program Director / Engagement leader

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program strategy, planning, and execution.
• Manage client relationships and drive business development.
• Ensure operational excellence and financial oversight.
• Mentor and manage cross‑functional engineering and design teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology (Mechanical, Production, Biomedical, etc.)
• Preferred: Master’s or MBA, PMP/PgMP/Scrum Master/Six Sigma certifications.
• Experience with tools like CAD, CAE, PLM, Jira, MS Project, and exposure to Generative AI and automation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 15 years in engineering services, with 5 years in a program director role.
• Proven track record managing large-scale programs ($5M , 100 team members).
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and client engagement skills.
• Experience in Healthcare or MedTech projects.
