- 95% of vaginal deliveries done by CNM
- Level II Nursery

- Will Cover Unassigned Patients

- Back up to CNM
- No Clinic Responsibilities
- On-site Coverage Required
- EMR - Cerner
- 24/7 Backup Physician Coverage to Help with Emergency GYN Surgery & When Additional Physician OB Support is Required
Compensation & Benefits
- $312,480 Base Compensation
- $100,000 Recruitment Incentive
- Quality Bonus: Up to 5% of total compensation
