Audit Director
to join their growing team. Known for their hands‑on approach and tailored solutions, they work with businesses of all sizes across a variety of sectors. Responsibilities
Audit Leadership
– Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, managing end‑to‑end audit engagements while ensuring best‑in‑class service delivery.
Strategic Growth & Business Development
– Identify new opportunities, contribute to tender processes, and support the firm’s expansion efforts.
Technical Expertise & Innovation
– Utilise audit technology, automation, and data analytics to enhance efficiency and maintain compliance with IFRS, UK GAAP, and PCAOB standards.
People Development & Culture
– Lead and mentor audit teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high‑quality performance.
Requirements
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
Minimum
three years’ experience as a Senior Audit Manager
in a reputable firm.
Strong technical knowledge of audit methodologies and financial reporting.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple engagements, and deliver results.
Experience with audit software, automation, and data analytics tools is an advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
Salary & Benefits
Salary:
€95,000 – €105,000 (negotiable based on experience).
