Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Ownership: Manage a varied client portfolio, oversee complete audit engagements, and serve as a trusted advisor.
Technical & Technology Focus: Utilize audit technology, automation, and data analytics while ensuring adherence to IFRS, UK GAAP, and PCAOB standards.
Business Development & Strategy: Identify opportunities for growth, assist with tenders and proposals, and contribute to digital transformation efforts.
People Development & Culture: Mentor audit managers, encourage collaboration and innovation, and enhance audit quality.
Requirements:
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
At least two years of experience as an Audit Senior Manager in a reputable firm.
Strong technical knowledge of audit methodologies and financial reporting.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple engagements, and achieve results.
Proficient in using audit software, automation, and data analytics tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
