Head of Marketing
to own and scale its marketing function.
This is a true
builder role —transitioning from founder-led marketing to a scalable, data-driven growth engine. You’ll own full-funnel strategy and execution, drive pipeline and revenue, and shape authentic brand storytelling that resonates with professionals operating in high-consequence environments.
What You’ll Own
End-to-end marketing strategy aligned to aggressive revenue goals ($8M new ARR target)
Demand generation, pipeline creation, and ROI measurement
Brand voice, messaging, and category thought leadership
Lifecycle and retention marketing across the customer journey
Marketing infrastructure, analytics, and tooling
Leadership and development of a small, high-impact team
What We’re Looking For
7–10 years of marketing experience with full-funnel ownership
Startup or high-growth environment experience (Director-level or #2 leader)
Proven demand generation and revenue impactHands‑on, data‑driven, and comfortable building from scratch
Strong cross‑functional partner to Sales, Product, and Customer Success
Mission‑aligned leader with empathy for high‑performance, high‑risk professionals
