Title: Head of Marketing

Location : Los Angeles, CA Metro Area - IN office preferred

Salary: $225,000 - $275,000 / Annually + bonus + equity

A fast-growing, mission-driven technology company serving high-stress, high-risk professions is hiring a Head of Marketing to own and scale its marketing function.

This is a true builder role transitioning from founder-led marketing to a scalable, data-driven growth engine. Youll own full-funnel strategy and execution, drive pipeline and revenue, and shape authentic brand storytelling that resonates with professionals operating in high-consequence environments.

What Youll Own

• End-to-end marketing strategy aligned to aggressive revenue goals ($8M new ARR target)
• Demand generation, pipeline creation, and ROI measurement
• Brand voice, messaging, and category thought leadership
• Lifecycle and retention marketing across the customer journey
• Marketing infrastructure, analytics, and tooling
• Leadership and development of a small, high-impact team

What Were Looking For

• 710 years of marketing experience with full-funnel ownership
• Startup or high-growth environment experience (Director-level or #2 leader)
• Proven demand generation and revenue impactHandson, datadriven, and comfortable building from scratch
• Strong crossfunctional partner to Sales, Product, and Customer Success
• Missionaligned leader with empathy for highperformance, highrisk professionals
