A premier and fast-growing personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented
Litigation Paralegal
to join its legal team. The firm is known for its aggressive advocacy, client‑centered approach, and consistent success in obtaining results for individuals injured due to the negligence of others. Key Responsibilities
Manage a high‑volume caseload with an emphasis on personal injury matters (auto accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injury, etc.)
Draft, file, and manage legal documents including complaints, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, motions, and settlement demand packages
Coordinate and schedule depositions, medical appointments, mediations, and court hearings
Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, insurance correspondence, and related documentation
Assist attorneys in trial preparation, case strategy, and client communications
Maintain up‑to‑date case files in the firm's case management system
Serve as a key liaison between attorneys, clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury law
Strong knowledge of civil litigation processes, especially pre‑litigation and discovery
Proficiency with legal document drafting and case management software
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
