
Senior Workers’ Compensation Paralegal — New York
Our busy and growing Workers’ Compensation law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal with extensive knowledge of New York Workers’ Compensation law to join our team.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a key role supporting attorneys and managing critical aspects of our cases from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain a high-volume Workers’ Compensation caseload
Draft and file legal documents, forms, and correspondence
Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and the Board
Schedule hearings, depositions, IMEs, and other case events
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and deadlines
Assist attorneys in preparing cases for hearings and trials
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Workers’ Compensation paralegal in New York
Strong knowledge of Workers’ Compensation procedures and filing systems
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with legal case management software and electronic filing
