Assistant Store Director - South Coast Plaza
Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Store Director to support the leadership of our Men’s South Coast Plaza location. This role partners closely with the Store Director to drive commercial performance, elevate the client experience, and develop high-performing teams in alignment with the Maison’s standards of excellence.
As an Assistant Store Director, you will serve as a key business leader within the Men’s South Coast Plaza store, supporting the Store Director in all aspects of store performance, people development, and operational excellence. As a brand ambassador, you will lead by example on the sales floor, inspire teams to build long-term client relationships, and ensure every client experience reflects the Louis Vuitton Promise.
Job responsabilities Reporting to the Store Director, you will support the achievement of store objectives through strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a client-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities include:
Team Leadership & Development: Support the recruitment, coaching, and development of a high-performing men’s store team, providing regular feedback and contributing to individual development plans.
Client & Business Development: Drive client engagement, retention, and repurchase through elevated selling, clienteling, and relationship-building strategies within the men’s business.
Selling & Floor Leadership: Role model exceptional selling behaviors and lead the sales floor to ensure strong performance, engagement, and execution.
Operational Excellence: Support oversight of store operations, processes, and standards while partnering with the Store Director on business performance and budget management.
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $150,000 - $170,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
