They are not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required by all incumbents.** Prepares unemployment claims for Texas and Oklahoma* Process Internal Transfer requests* Prepares and sends Credit and Background letters* Coordinates Credit and Background appeals* Prepares, distributes, and tracks Business Development Allowance reports* Follow-up call to employees regarding termination disposition* Follow-up and track employee acknowledgement documents* Process computer purchase program orders* Process Tuition Reimbursement applications and payments* Assist manager with projects* Filing and/or uploading of employee documents* Other duties as assigned**SKILLS*** Effective English verbal and written communication skills* Computer literate and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office* Good customer service, active listening, and critical thinking to actively look for ways to help people* Ability to meet performance standards and deadlines* Able to concentrate and focus on detail**EDUCATION*** High School Diploma or GEDIBC Bank was founded in 1966 to meet the needs of small businesses in Laredo, Texas.
