Role Overview

The Executive Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the organization in building a strong talent pipeline. Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases. Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate suitability. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Handle offer negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities. Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate reports in the ATS/HRMS. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Participate in employer branding and recruitment events.
