Description: The Corporate Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruiting process to support professional, leadership, and executive hiring needs across the organization. The Recruiter partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand both immediate and long-term talent needs, providing consultative guidance throughout the hiring process. This role focuses on quality-of-hire, candidate experience, and building sustainable talent pipelines rather than high-volume recruiting.
Responsibilities:
Manage assigned open requisitions for corporate, professional, and executive-level roles across multiple functional areas, including IT, Accounting/Finance, and leadership positions.
Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, clarify role requirements, and align on ideal candidate profiles and timelines.
Identify and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates and build long-term pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Leverage job boards, professional networks, and direct sourcing tools to maximize visibility and reach qualified talent nationally.
Coordinate and document interview processes, including interview questions, candidate feedback, and hiring recommendations, ensuring a consistent and structured experience.
Ensure recruiting workflows and processes are followed consistently to maintain transparency, compliance, and accurate reporting on recruiting activity and outcomes.
Prepare, extend, and manage offer letters and employment agreements in partnership with HR leadership, supporting negotiation and closing efforts as needed.
Serve as a subject matter expert on talent markets, providing insight into trends, compensation expectations, and competitive challenges impacting corporate and executive hiring.
Maintain recruiting updates and reports to communicate status, risks, and progress to the HR Director and hiring managers as requested.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
A minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with demonstrated success recruiting corporate, professional, and/or executive-level roles across multiple markets.
Experience recruiting for IT, Accounting/Finance, and leadership roles is strongly preferred.
