Circle Pre-Owned, an affiliate of Circle BMW, is looking for an experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager/Sales Person to work at their location in West Long Branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader to help grow our business.
Job Purpose
Responsible for daily management of Circle BMW’s Pre-Owned lot and operations.
Promotes and sells BMW Non-Certified and off brand pre-owned vehicles.
Responsible for trade evaluation and procurement of inventory, auctions, ACV, etc.
Job Responsibilities
Achieves center’s gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction objectives.
Builds and maintains long-term, one-to-one relationships with clients.
Serves as a point of contact between the client and Circle BMW.
Promotes Circle BMW standards for superior client, employee, and management.
Assisting in closing deals for other sales associates.
Hiring Specifications
Promote F&I products, work with banks for credit approval including subprime.
Attention to detail and transparency on all documentation and communications with clients.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional appearance.
Knowledgeable or trainable on retail facility operations, products and services.
Excellent customer contact skills and customer service orientation.
Working knowledge or trainable in automotive retail center computer systems, (DealerTrack and eLeads computer system preferred, as well as proficiency in the use of Excel and Word programs) and operations.
Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
Provide documentation confirming requested information on employment application.
Must successfully complete Pre-Employment Screening.
