Compensation: Commission Only – Earn 50% of Gross Placement Fees (Uncapped – average fee: $15K–$25K)
Overview Fox Staffing Network is seeking motivated, entrepreneurial recruiters to join our remote team as independent contractors (1099).
This is 100% commission-based opportunity
ideal for recruiters who want flexibility, high earning potential, and full ownership over their work.
*You’ll work full-cycle bringing on both new clients and candidates . Be rewarded with tool access after performance milestones, and a streamlined infrastructure to help you succeed without micromanagement.
What You’ll Do
Identify and engage client companies with hiring needs
Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for open roles
Manage the entire recruitment process from intake to placement
Maintain accurate tracking of leads, pipelines, and placements
Collaborate in our community and join optional weekly Q&A calls
You will not conduct interviews or hiring. Leadership will handle all final screening, credential checks, and client communications.
What You Get
50% commission on all placements you make

What You Need
Experience in recruiting, staffing, & business development.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
Access to your own phone, computer, and internet
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Federal Tax ID/EIN# (Can be obtained on IRS.gov)
This Role is not for you If you require:
A guaranteed salary or hourly pay
Full-time employment, benefits, or PTO
Handheld training and management
*Leads handed to you from day one (You will find your own clients and candidates)
Additional Information This is a 1099 position. The Recruiter shall be engaged as an independent contractor, not as an employee of the Company. The Recruiter will not be entitled to any employee benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, or retirement benefits.
