Key Responsibilities
Assess AI-generated dialogue for clarity, relevance, and adherence to established guidelines.
Utilize deep understanding of social behaviors and group dynamics to interpret and label nuanced content.
Apply structured labeling frameworks with consistency and accuracy across varied content types.
Document detailed feedback, observations, and insights to inform the research team’s development process.
Conduct scripted and exploratory scenario tests to evaluate model performance and behavior.
Uphold neutrality and objectivity, especially when reviewing sensitive, challenging, or diverse topics.
Participate in regular calibration and training sessions to maintain evaluation consistency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Sociology, Social Work, Anthropology, or a closely related field.
Exceptional understanding of social behaviors, group dynamics, and cultural sensitivity.
Demonstrated ability to remain objective and detached when reviewing sensitive subject matter.
Excellent English reading comprehension alongside strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of attention to detail and sound analytical judgment.
Experience in structured assessment, documentation, or content evaluation is advantageous.
Comfortable working independently within a remote, research-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in content moderation, research, or AI evaluation projects.
Advanced coursework or practical experience in qualitative analysis.
Familiarity with digital research tools and collaborative remote workflows.
