Key Responsibilities
Review and assess AI-generated texts for quality, clarity, and adherence to defined guidelines.
Execute scripted and exploratory prompts to evaluate model performance and content safety.
Apply structured labeling frameworks with precision and consistency across varied political and policy-related themes.
Document and synthesize evaluation findings, highlighting patterns or anomalies for research purposes.
Maintain neutrality and objectivity, especially when handling ideologically sensitive or complex topics.
Collaborate with the customer’s team to ensure calibration and consistency in content assessments.
Contribute insights to support ongoing improvement of evaluation protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Political Science, International Relations, Public Policy, or a closely related discipline.
Exceptional English reading comprehension, writing, and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze arguments, identify biases, and apply critical thinking in content assessment.
Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to applying labeling criteria.
Capacity to remain impartial and professional when engaging with sensitive or controversial content.
Proven experience working independently and managing time effectively in a remote environment.
Familiarity with contemporary political systems and ideologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in content moderation, data labeling, or AI research environments.
Knowledge of local and global policy issues and their societal impact.
Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, research-driven setting.
