We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Insurance Sales and Customer Service Agent to join our team. Responsibilities

Engage with potential and existing clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and networking.

Conduct insurance consultations to identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.

Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to policy issuance.

Maintain accurate sales records and perform sales administration tasks.

Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing inquiries, policy changes, and claims assistance.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant privacy standards during client interactions.

Assist with benefits administration and communicate policy details clearly to clients in multiple languages if applicable.

Maintain a professional presence in and out of the office.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or insurance sales is preferred, but not necessary.

Strong negotiation and communication skills essential for building client relationships.

Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively, but not required.

Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM software is a plus.

Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer needs.

Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.

Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor and problem-solving attitude.

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to confidentiality and privacy standards in insurance services is advantageous.
