looking to scale your income, close more listings, and stop chasing leads?
EmpowerHome Team Tampa is expanding and actively hiring
motivated, client-focused Listing Agents
who thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This is a rare opportunity to join one of the
top-ranked real estate teams in the nation , backed by proven systems, strong brand recognition, and a steady flow of motivated seller leads.
If you’re persuasive, organized, and passionate about helping homeowners sell successfully, this role is built for you.
$75,000 – $150,000+ annually (commission-based)
Consistent
seller leads provided
— no cold prospecting
Proven listing presentations, scripts, and systems
Ongoing coaching, mentorship, and career growth opportunities
Collaborative, high-energy team culture
Responsibilities What You’ll Do
Meet with
motivated home sellers
to assess goals, pricing strategies, and timelines
Guide sellers through the
entire listing and home-selling process
from consultation to close
Maintain consistent weekly communication with clients to deliver a white-glove experience
Follow proven
lead follow-up systems
to build and manage a strong listing pipeline
Deliver world-class customer service that drives
repeat business and referrals
Host
monthly team open houses
(all leads go directly to the hosting agent)
Utilize CRM systems to manage workflows, appointments, and follow-ups
Attend
weekly sales meetings
and participate in ongoing Academy Sales Training
Qualifications What We’re Looking For
Full-time availability and commitment
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM systems
Highly motivated, self-driven, and growth-oriented
Listing experience and a proven sales background preferred
Strong time management and organizational skills
Confident negotiator with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
Compensation $100,000+ at plan commission
