sales training, Academy sessions, and team meetings Qualifications
Full-time availability and commitment to real estate sales Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Tech-savvy and comfortable using
CRM systems Coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven Organized with excellent time management skills Positive, solution-focused mindset Prior listing or sales experience is a plus, but
