International Bank seeks a Bilingual Japanese Assistant to provide administrative and basic analysis support for the Relationship Managers of Japanese Corporate Finance Department.

Duties and Responsibilities
Support the Relationship Managers by providing support in the aspects of customer relationship management, system operation, information preparation, administrative tasks and basic analysis.
Provide support to develop new customer relationships and strengthen established relationships.
Prepare approval documents, warranty information and notices for customers.
Prepare documentation for booking and closing checklist.
Input the financial statement information into the Head Office system. Analyzes and verifies balance sheet information.
Responsible for account review regarding administrative matters.
Summarize weekly and monthly reports to Senior Management and Head Office.
Translate documents from Japanese to English and vice versa, as necessary.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
High School Diploma.
Bilingual oral and written skills on a business level in both English and Japanese.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
Basic knowledge of finance and accounting.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Good attention to detail and improvement.
