Freight Forwarding Sales Representative Job Type:

Full-time; Hybrid Responsibilities: Develop relationships with customers and generate new business. Form a customer base by cold calling, issuing quotes, preparing bids, and making formal presentations to prospective customers. Solicit our client’s services, which include Ocean Import, Air Import, Ocean Export, Air Export, Distribution & Warehousing, LTL Transportation, Cargo Insurance, and Customs Brokerage. Meet the monthly goals set by Sales Upper Management. Maintain consistent communication with our client’s Operations/Customer Service Departments and overseas offices. Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3-5 years of experience in selling freight. Multilingual skills are a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Sales experience preferred. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. The ability to learn quickly and work efficiently to meet productivity goals. Good organizational skills, as this position requires working with multiple departments and following up with clients and prospects. Proficiency in CRM systems is a plus. This position offers a competitive base salary.
