Logistics Business Development Representative

OTR Freight Solutions is a logistics company based in Scottsdale, Arizona and we are hiring! We are currently expanding our sales team and you can be part of it. If you are interested in building relationships with customers, challenging yourself, and working in a fast paced industry then this is for you! Day-to-Day Operations Include: Secure new business by cold calling Use creative ideas to prospect new business opportunities Manage current customer relationships Stay up-to-date with current markets and market trends Provide high levels of customer service Offer logistics solutions as needed Visit customers to land new business and/or maintain relationships Ability to multi-task, be self-motivated and work as a team A Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Sales and customer services experience preferred but not required We offer a competitive base pay with commissions, great benefits (including medical, dental, and vision), life insurance, disability, and more. Your starting salary is dependent upon your experience and is negotiable. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000.00-$70,000 per year DOE + uncapped commission
