Job Description
Assist with answering incoming calls to the Customer Care Department. Assist Customer Care Team with office help (i.e., faxing, scanning, copying etc.). Manage and follow up on work orders submitted on online web form. Retrieve and document quality issues from customers Help solve customer issues regarding damages and repairs Call and schedule customer orders Control timely delivery of customer orders and Showroom Displays. Qualifications
Must be extremely organized and be able to multitask Keep fellow team members on track and on schedule Must be a problem solver and a team player Must be able to work independently and efficiently Excellent written and oral communication skills A diligent work ethic is a must Recent/extensive IT Customer Support Help Desk Tier experience is a big plus Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications is a must Additional Information
