Qualifications
College degree (BA in Design is a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Must be able to work on the weekend
Enthusiasm and desire to learn
Passion for people and retail
Strong communication skills
Additional Information Responsibilities
Greet and assist our customers in selecting home furnishings
Provide the highest level of customer service
Build quality customer relationships that result in increased sales and repeat business
Ensure the successful delivery of merchandise by following up with customers and the BoConcept Distribution Center
Help customer make selections by building customer confidence
Become an expert in our products, tools and concepts
