Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities

Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with departmental and company standards and programs.

Coordinates Marketing Support Services to include advertising, public relations, and internal departments.

Supports the development of press releases and media correspondence in relation to Marketing programs or property advertising.

Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance within area of authority and reporting potential issues to management.

Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.

Requirements

Associate degree (A.A.) in Marketing, Finance, or related area required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

One (1) year of related experience required, preferably in Marketing.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Strong client interface and presentation skills required.

Demonstrated ability to drive toward results.

Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.

Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.

Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment.

Must have strong problem-solving, decision‑making, project management, and organizational skills.
