A well-established and growing Mediterranean restaurant group is seeking an
Executive Chef
to lead a vibrant, chef-driven concept in
Conshohocken, PA . The menu draws inspiration from
Spanish, French, Turkish, Greek, and Maltese cuisine , blending bold flavors with refined execution.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for a chef who thrives in high‑quality, high‑energy environments and enjoys building strong teams, consistent systems, and standout food.
Relocation assistance is available for
U.S.citizens or candidates with full U.S. working rights .
What You’ll Do
Lead all back‑of‑house culinary operations for the restaurant
Execute and evolve a Mediterranean‑inspired menu with consistency and creativity
Manage food costs, labor, inventory, and kitchen budgets
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Collaborate with ownership on menu development and implementation
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Chef in full‑service restaurants
Strong background in Mediterranean cuisine (Spanish, French, Turkish, Greek, Maltese preferred)
A quality‑driven mindset. Someone creative and wanting to implement menu ideas.
Confident leader who builds culture, accountability, and consistency
Strong understanding of P&L, food cost control, and kitchen operations
Eligible to work in the U.S. (relocation available for qualified candidates)
