Job Description
Lead the end-to-end brandstrategy and execution for the brands in your portfolio, including managing the brand P&L, PPC paid advertising, promotions, listings, and content/SEO on Amazon and other channels
Partner with the Purchaseand Shipment team for inventory management and planning
Build and execute the marketing and PPC ads plan for your brand, set the forecast, and manage the ongoing business end-to-end to drive topline sales and profit growth for your brand
Lead strategy for Amazon search, conduct and oversee promotions, deals, and coupons, and optimize everyday and promotional pricing
Work closely with Product R&D Team to launchnew products to drive trial, household penetration, and build basket size
Expand to new marketplace channels and new geographies for brands under portfolio
Apply best in class content optimization strategies to help your brand stand out from the competition and improve conversion rates, this may includeworking with our creative or product team for area enhancements
Acquire data from multiple and diverse sources when solving problems and seek to uncover the root causes of difficult problems, ability to perform business and marketing analysis to your portfolio for reporting(sales, sell thru, CTR, CPC, P&L, etc)
Look to make sense of complex, high-quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to solve problems
Follow through on commitments and make sure others do the same
Act with a clear sense of ownership of all brands and products under the portfolioand take responsibility for decisions, actions, and failures
Constantly find ways to improve processes for the most effective and efficient outcomes.
Some traveling is required to our Hicksville, Long Island Office
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business/Marketing/Supply Chain, etc
2-4 years of experience in marketing strategy and hands-on execution, with experience driving strategies and sales growth on Amazon
Strong knowledge of both brand building and e-commercefundamentals, with an understanding of how media fits into the broader strategy for driving page visits and conversions
Ability to take pressure and ownership of your portfolio.
Experience working in a role that balanced brand strategy and eCommerce skills, previousroles in media buying or brand strategy at eCommerce-focused agencies, or from personally having built and grown your own small or medium sized brand on Amazon
Comfort with ambiguity and building and designing new brand management and marketing processes to scale as we grow the business and the company
Results-driven and ability to think outside of the box for continuous improvements
Has a track record of exceeding goals successfully
