Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the current customer base by establishing strong relationships along with offering an industry leading level of service.
Create and manage new opportunities through introduction and qualification of new products, application technology, and equipment.
Coordinate and lead internal resources to provide highest level of service to new and current customers.
Maintain and report growth plans utilizing both industry and product knowledge along with customers growth goals and expectations.
Ensure implementation of global growth strategy for both new and existing customers, and report to management.
Requirements:
Education/Technical Skills/Work Experience:
4-year college degree preferred; Science/technology background is a plus
Demonstrated work experience or skills in a business environment.
Experience in automotive, electronics or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
Must have necessary communication skills to grasp an understanding of customer needs and to be able to communicate customer requirements to R&D and Operations.
1~2 years sales work experience – preferably manufacturing industry.
