Account Manager (Appointment Setter/Sales)-ASAP!
Full-time We are a major precious metal recycling (headquartered in Paris) and now expanding in NY, Florida, Boston, and Philadelphia and looking for full-time Inside Sales Account Manager to help us expand. Our main office is located in Midtown, Manhattan. The perfect candidate must be ambitious, self-motivated, and passionate about sales. Because we are expanding rapidly, this position offers extensive room for growth. Responsibilities
Scheduling appointments for outside field representatives. Maintain accurate records in CRM is required daily. Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business. Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals. Follow up on all assigned leads to drive sales opportunities in a timely manner. Office Hours
Monday-Thursday: 9am-6pm Friday: 9am-1pm Desired Skills and Experience
1-2 years of experience with inside sales is preferred but not required. Track record of exceptional customer service experience. Ability to demonstrate positive and energetic phone skills and excellent listening skills. Ability to multi-task in several computer applications while holding a conversation with a customer. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude. Competitive spirit with a strong desire to succeed, exceed goals, and maximize opportunities. Proven ability to network and build rapport. Possess strong negotiation and closing skills. Desire to learn and grow. Benefits/Compensation
