We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to support our rapidly growing real estate team in Sun Prairie, WI.

This role is focused on lead generation, follow-up, and appointment setting. You will make outbound calls, respond to incoming inquiries, nurture prospects, schedule appointments for agents, and maintain a clean, well-organized database.

As an ISA, you’ll play a critical role in creating a great first impression for clients and ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks. Your ability to build rapport, ask great questions, and stay consistent in follow-up directly impacts the success of our agents and clients.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls daily to both inbound and outbound lead sources

Qualify buyer/seller leads and set appointments for agents

Maintain communication through email, text, and follow-up campaigns

Manage contacts, tagging, and notes within our CRM

Track activity, conversions, appointment setting, and pipeline progress

Use scripts for conversations, objection handling, and appointment setting

Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team

Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads

Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele

Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers

Qualifications

Energetic, enthusiastic communicator who builds rapport quickly

Enjoys talking with people and asking meaningful questions

Strong phone presence — confident, clear, and persistent

Able to manage time well and balance dual responsibilities

Organized, focused, and committed to follow-through

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Quick learner with the ability to adopt CRM and communication tools

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Recruiting, sales, call center, or real estate experience is a plus

Compensation $50,000+ at plan earnings
