You’ll be responsible for prospecting buyers, making follow-up calls, building relationships with potential buyers, and improving our contract‑to‑close rate. Responsibilities
Follow up with buyers via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified buyer leads.
Gather information from prospective buyers and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the process to sell them a house.
Conduct walk‑throughs with vetted buyers.
Negotiate the best price and terms with buyers for company‑owned properties.
Use CRM to compile a list of all buyers to ensure agents have up‑to‑date information to move through the listing and closing process.
Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met.
Qualifications
Winning attitude , eager to grow, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
Phone‑based experience
is a big plus (call centers, reception, front desk, etc.).
Strong communication skills —confident, engaging, and a great listener.
Dependable and organized , with the ability to multitask under pressure.
Tech‑savvy and
quick to learn new systems
(CRMs, docs, email, etc.).
Experience in
customer‑facing roles
(retail, restaurants, hospitality, etc.).
Open to
flexible scheduling
when needed.
Compensation $80,000 Base + Commission $80,000 per year
